Booking and payment
How do I book?
Online, in the booking chat on this site: choose an activity, a day and a free time, then pay. The calendar only shows free slots because it is the same calendar we use for phone bookings. You can also call us: +48 509 979 863.
How do the deposit and security deposit work?
There are two options. A 50% deposit online with no security deposit, and the rest on site. Or pay in full online, including a refundable security deposit that we return after the session. Pay by BLIK, bank transfer or card via Przelewy24.
What if the weather ruins the plan?
If we have to cancel your session, you get an email with a code for a new date worth what you paid, and your security deposit is refunded straight away. Prefer the money back? The same email has a refund link. [to be added: rules when the guest wants to reschedule]
Will I get a booking confirmation?
Yes. Right after payment you get an email with a PDF confirmation: activity, date, amounts and information for the day. We get the same email, and the booking goes straight into our calendar.

Where do we meet?
We are at the harbour in Giżycko, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 23. The exact meeting point is in your booking confirmation. [to be added: whether the meeting point changes and how you let guests know]
Do I need a licence?

Vouchers and groups
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, order a voucher for an amount or for a specific activity online on the Gift vouchers page, or by phone. The recipient enters the code when booking online, and if the booking costs less than the voucher, the rest stays on the code.
Do you run corporate events and stag parties?
Yes. Fill in the short enquiry on the events page: you get a PDF with prices from our price list straight away, and we plan the day and the final price together.
