Terms: bookings, payments and vouchers

1. Service provider

Services are provided by [to be added: full company name, address, tax ID], "Mazury Przygoda".

2. Online booking

Bookings are made on mazuryprzygoda.pl by choosing an activity, a time, the number of people and a payment option.

The site only shows times when the required equipment is free in the Mazury Przygoda calendar.

A booking is made once the online payment is received. A confirmation with a PDF is sent to the email address provided.

An unpaid booking expires when the payment time runs out, and the slot becomes available again.

3. Payment

There are two options: a 50% deposit online with no security deposit and the rest paid on site, or full payment online including a refundable security deposit.

Online payments are handled by Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.): BLIK, bank transfer, card.

If a payment arrives after someone else has taken the slot, Mazury Przygoda refunds the full amount.

4. Security deposit

A security deposit is charged only with full online payment, in the amount shown for the activity.

It is refunded after the session to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation by Mazury Przygoda

Mazury Przygoda may cancel a session because of the weather or for safety reasons.

The guest then receives a code for a new date worth the payment (including any voucher used) or, on request, a refund. The security deposit is refunded straight away.

6. Rescheduling and cancellation by the guest

7. Right of withdrawal

9. Gift vouchers

A voucher for an amount or an activity can be ordered on the site and paid online. The voucher code is sent by email.

The code is entered when booking online or given by phone. If the booking costs less than the voucher, the rest stays on the code.
